Seal Beach City Hall will be closed Friday, Nov. 10, in observance of Veterans Day. The annual Veterans Day Ceremony will be held at 11 a.m., Saturday, Nov. 11, in Eisenhower Park. There are no on-base Veterans Day activities planned at Naval Weapons Station Seal Beach, according to Public Affairs Officer Gregg Smith.
