An underground vault fire near 19th Street and Pacific Coast Highway caused power outages in Huntington Harbour, Sunset Beach and in Seal Beach’s Surfside Colony Friday afternoon, Jan. 15.
Fire fighters and Southern California Edison personnel responded. Firefighters began to leave late Friday afternoon. The cause is currently unknown. There were no reports of injuries.
