Have you seen the street signs? A street slurry project in Old Town means parts of Ocean Avenue will be off-limits for parking and driving tomorrow and Wednesday (Sept. 11 and 12). Also, street sweeping is suspended until September 14th for the areas southwest of Central Avenue from 1st Street to Main Street, and southwest of Electric Avenue from Main Street to the intersection of Ocean Avenue with Electric Avenue.
According to a city press release, “Street sweeping will be suspended from September 3rd to September 14th southwest of Central Avenue from 1st Street to Main Street, and southwest of Electric Avenue from Main Street to the intersection of Ocean Avenue with Electric Avenue. Trash pick-up will remain on schedule.”
