The Seal Beach City Council is scheduled to meet in closed session on Monday, July 9, to discuss the city’s potential exposure to litigation.
According to the agenda for the closed session, the city could be exposed to as many as four lawsuits.
The agenda did not provide any further details.
Under state law, City Council members may discuss legal issues in sessions that are closed to the public.
