Representatives of the Seal Beach Police Department, the Orange County Fire Authority and the Naval Weapons Station Seal Beach observe a moment of silence on Friday, Sept. 11, 2015, in rememberance of the lives lost to the terrorist attacks that took place on Sept. 11, 2001. The ceremony was held at OCFA Station 44 on Eighth Street and Central Avenue in Old Town.
