The Seal Beach Police Department will upgrade the telephone system between 8 p.m., Friday, Nov. 9, and 8 a.m., Saturday, Nov. 10. During that time, the main phone number, (562) 799-4100, will be inoperable as the upgrade is performed. This upgrade will improve the reliability and performance of the police department telephone answering system.
911 will NOT be affected.
Seal Beach Police officials are asking the community to call (562) 594-7232 for NON EMERGENCY calls for service.
