Seal Beach City Manager Jill Ingram has appointed Public Works Director Sean Crumby as the acting assistant city manager for the city following the recent appointment of Ingram to city manager.
During the next six months, Crumby will also continue to serve as director of Public Works as he assists the city manager with day-to-day operations.
Crumby has 16 years of related experience, with six years in the private sector, and the past 10 years with three California cities.
He previously worked for Seal Beach from 2005 through 2007 as the assistant city engineer, and since April of 2010 has served as the city’s director of Public Works.
