Seal Beach Lions support autism program at McGaugh

April is National Autism Awareness month.

The United States recognizes April as a special opportunity for everyone to educate the public about autism and issues within the autism community.

In honor of this special month, the Seal Beach Lions, along with Mac Fusion on Main Street, have joined together in donating a new iPad and cover to our local Regional Autism Program at McGaugh Elementary. Caitlin Cabiles, a first year teacher will receive the iPad for her kindergarten class. iPads are a great therapy tool for children with Autism.

The opportunity to donate an additional resource like an iPad to children with autism and knowing that the technology will make a real difference means so much to the Lions.
