
Seal Beach resident Doreen Stevens, a Mary Kay independent executive senior sales director, has earned the use of the exclusive Mary Kay pink Cadillac, an iconic symbol of success, the most coveted incentive awarded by Mary Kay.
Stevens took delivery of the new “pearlized” pink Cadillac CTS her 17th Mary Kay car, at Boulevard Cadillac of Long Beach. Mary Kay independent sales force members earn the use of a pink Cadillac by meeting and exceeding goals set within their Mary Kay businesses.
Stevens began her Mary Kay business as an independent beauty consultant in 1970 and as a direct result of her accomplishments, became an independent sales director in 1971.
As an independent sales director, she chooses to provide education, leadership, and motivation to other Mary Kay independent beauty consultants and offers her customers Mary Kay products.
Mary Kay independent sales directors who earn the use of a pink Cadillac may choose from the CTS and SRX models.
The Career Car Program also includes the Ford Mustang in black, Chevy Equinox crossover in black, Toyota Camry in black and Chevy Cruze in white.
