The Seal Beach Christmas Parade, the largest in the parade’s history, ended last night, Friday, Dec. 7, with a sense of delight floating in the chill December night air. Santa, having made his annual pilgramage to Seal Beach, immediately returned to his duties: preparing for his Christmas Eve delivery operation.
