The Sun recently asked various city officials one question: What opportunities and challenges do you see ahead for Seal Beach in 2013?
The Sun asked the question by either e-mail or phone.
As previously reported, City Council ouncil and staff will hold a workshop in February to identify important issues and plan the budget for the next fiscal year.
At first, District Two Councilman David Sloan said he would prefer to wait until after the February workshop to respond to the question. However, he went on to say that he would like to see the city stay on course fiscally.
He also said he had a lot of pride in the way the Seal Beach Council does business.
“We are very fortunate in this city to have a council that works closely together,” Sloan said.
