This week’s City Council public session agenda includes a proposal to put a 1/2 cent sales tax on the November ballot. The sales tax is the last of items on the agenda.
The council will also consider requiring a special event permit application 45 days prior to an event. Currently, the city code requires the application 30 days before the event.
The council meeting starts at 7 p.m., Monday, July 22.
