The house pictured at left was completely rebuilt in 2013 and is 4,200 sq ft.
It is a Tuscan-style home with an elegant curved staircase of hardwood and painted Talavera tile leading to the second floor.
This house and five others are part of the Holiday Home Tour sponsored by the Rossmoor Woman’s Club.
The tour is Sunday, Dec. 7 from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m.
The RWC is a group of dynamic women who are dedicated to helping our local community.
The Holiday Home Tour is their largest fundraiser to raise moneys to support Los Alamitos High School student scholarships, provide help to military families with daily and holiday needs, and for donations to various organizations such as Bethune, Casa Youth Center, Interval House, Precious Life Shelter, and others.
Tea Room, Silent Auction, and Raffle
After the tour, relax at the Ayres Hotel while enjoying homemade cookies and beverages. At least fifteen baskets, (including wine and cheese, dog, baby, fresh produce) will be available as raffle prizes. Several silent auction items will also be available for bids
