The City of Seal Beach has contracted with All American Asphalt to resurface the portion of Westminster Avenue stretching from Seal Beach Boulevard to the western border of the city. Construction will begin Monday, Aug. 7, and go through Friday, Aug. 18, between the hours of 8 a.m. and 5 p.m. Traffic will be reduced to one lane of traffic in each direction, so motorists are advised to allow for additional travel time or seek alternative routes.
