Every Sept. 11, in memory of the 9/11 terrorist attacks on the East Coast, a convoy of motorcyclists hold a “Ride to Remebrer” through Southland Streets. This year, as last, the convoy left Cook’s Corner on Wednesday, Sept. 11, 2013, and ended at Joe’s Crab Shack in Long Beach.

The group took a temporary detour off Pacific Coast Highway to drive down Seal Beach Main Street in late afternoon.Â
