Rain brings flooding to Seal Beach

This photo was sent as a third water pump was being set as the forebay nears the top. The rain was light. Corsair, Seal Beach Shores and First were flooded with car damage likely.
Here comes some help after flooding has occurred.

The rains of January are bringing flooding to some areas of Seal Beach. The National Weather Service reports that California gets 35 to 50 percent of its rain during January, February and March.
