My letter to the editor is actually a photo to the editor of SBPD Police Services Manager Michael McDonald who we all read in last week’s issue (12/7/23), was honored by his peers for outstanding service to our city. PSM McDonald received his honor against all other municipalities in numerous states. Â
Let us congratulate and thank him for his service to our city.
