Monte Carlo casino night at St. Isidore Plaza Feb. 8

The new year has brought the Isidorians together to bring about a casino night at the Plaza.  This will occur on February 8, 2014.  “Black Jack,” seemingly the most popular casino card game, will be waiting for the lucky players to come on board.

The “Roulette Wheel,” perfected in France, is a perfect interaction sociable game, a game substantially referenced in Monte Carlo, Monaco.

There could not be a casino night without “Craps,” a dice game where players make wagers on a series of rolls with a pair of dice.

There will be tables of the card game, “Texas Hold ‘Em.”  While trying to maintain a “poker face” playing the game, it could possibly be psychologically intimidating, but it’s all in good fun.

There will be music, hors d’oeuvres, beer and wine, a large number of opportunity drawings and a chance to browse where you might find that certain item you have always looked for.

This evening promises to be a grand evening of games, food and entertainment.

It is a fundraiser for the ever-loving Plaza.  As most of you know, this week the Plaza has gained a permanent residence in Los Alamitos.

It is nowhere but up and forward.  Therefore, the fundraisers will still be forthcoming keeping everyone’s interest alive.

This fundraiser is for adults only.  Entry to Monte Carlo night is a donation of $45 per person and $40 per member.
