Los Al Keller Williams recognized as national brokerage leader

When Real Trends recently released their report of the Top 500 Real Estate Offices Nationwide for 2011 sales volume, Keller Williams Realty Los Alamitos was recognized as the #216 Top Real Estate office nationwide.

This represented a 6 percent increase over sales in 2010.

“We are extremely excited to make the list again,” said Tammy Newland, operating principal. “The rankings may not seem like much at first glance but when you take into account how many thousands of real estate offices there are in the United States, this is quite an honor for us.”

“Our agents have to be more engaged and are working harder to do the same amount of business as previous years,” said Newland.“It is through the constant support by our team leader Elaine Armogida that we have been able to do this and remain as one of the top real estate offices for the last six years.”

“Keller Williams Realty Los Alamitos was also named as a Top Five-Year Mover and ranked #39 in the nation with the largest percent increase in closed volume from 2007-2011,” Newland said.

“I can’t stress how happy I am for the agents,” said Armogida. “They work very hard and this ranking just validates all their hard work.”

“Keller Williams Realty Los Alamitos has over 234 agents who are working and giving back to their local communities,” said Armogida “It is a pleasure working with top agents who help their clients with home ownership and also donate time for projects they are passionate about.”

Real Trends 500, is the undisputed leader in ranking the performance of residential real estate firms. Due to their requirement of independent verification, the Real Trends is the trusted source for information.

“We are constantly telling people that we are one of the best companies in the local area,” said Armogida. “Our education, training, KW Systems and culture have helped our agents stay productive even with the recent market we have been experiencing.”
“Our agents work hard for their clients and have embraced the tools that the office has to offer,” said Armogida.
“We believe that agents should have lives worth living, which is why agents gave 200,000 volunteer hours back to communities during their annual Red Day in May,” said Armogida. “KW shared $38 million in profit share back to agents, that’s $100,000 a day, every day last year.”
