Pattie Laird has earned top producer honors at Keller Williams Realty Los Alamitos for the second consecutive year. Laird has more than 30 years of real estate experience in the area and is considered by many to be the unofficial “Queen of Los Alamitos real estate.”
“I’ve always felt that quality and integrity matter, and I try to treat others as I want to be treated,” declares Laird.
Her strategy seems to be working as some 70 percent of her business comes through referrals from happy past clients. In fact, many people who Pattie helped buy houses years ago now refer their children to her.
Laird has long been active in the community. She currently fills a leadership position with the West Orange County Emergency Response Team (CERT), the group that handled the sandbag-filling operation during the recent storms. West County CERT encompasses volunteers from Seal Beach, Los Alamitos, Cypress, Buena Park, La Palma and Westminster. Pattie and her cohorts endured four days of wind and heavy rain as they filled sandbags over the course of four days.
This past year she sponsored donation drives for Casa Youth Center in Los Alamitos, Second Harvest Food Drive as well as several neighborhood garage sales.
Laird’s past community involvement includes stints as a paid call firefighter for Orange County Fire Authority working out of Station 2 in Los Alamitos, and boys and girls volleyball coach at Los Alamitos High School where her teams earned league championships (both boys and girls teams) and a girls CIF championship.
Originally a sole real estate agent, Laird now teams with daughter Kelly Laird Smith and husband Wink Chase. Collectively they are known as Pattie, Kelly and Wink who specialize in the area surrounding where the 405, 605 and 22 meet at the beach. For Futher Information, cal;l Pattie Laird at (562) 626-8600.
