The Los Alamitos High School Construction Build Team of 10 Students, under the guidance of the ROP instructor Bobby Albright, competed in a two-day event for the 25th Annual HBC Design / Build Competition at the OC Fairground Imaginology Fair recently.
There were nine high school ROP programs and five youth/college teams competing. Los Alamitos managed to finish in fourth place.
It was their first time competing and they were also the smallest team. Some of the continuing students said they can’t wait untill next year.
