The Los Alamitos High School baseball team will play its game against La Serna High on Thursday at Angel stadium, starting at 6:30 p.m. The game is part of a slate of games this season that will be played at the field, and it is free to the public to attend. The Griffins are 4-1 so far this season with the four wins coming by a combined score of 31-10. Their only loss so far was a 1-0 pitching-duel loss to Aliso Niguel, the No. 9 ranked team in this week’s CIF-SS Division 2 poll. The Griffins are ranked No. 10 in this week’s CIF-SS Division 3 poll. La Serna of Whittier is 4-5 so far on the season.
