In Seal Beach
Thursday, October 10
• False ID – 12th Street and Pacific Coast Highway – Khalil E. Thorton was arrested on suspicion of false identification to peace officers.
• Paraphernalia – Orangewood Avenue and Los Alamitos Boulevard (Los Alamitos) – Luca Dylan Volpe was arrested on suspicion of possessing unlawful paraphernalia.
• Battery – Westminster Avenue – Luca Dylan Volpe was arrested on suspicion of battery.
Friday, October 11
• Disturbing Subject – 8:21 a.m. – Pacific Coast Highway – A woman in a bright pink shirt screamed for an eye exam in the parking lot while throwing car fluid. Police advised the woman that she was trespassing.
• Suspicious Person – 8:50 a.m. – Pacific Coast Highway – The caller stated that she was a woman in a hot pink zip up hoodie with a backpack full of mail.
• Reckless Driver – 9:12 a.m. – Bolsa Avenue – Three callers reported a dune buggy driving 80 miles per hour. Police were unable to contact the persons in question.
• Resisting an Officer – 9:26 a.m. – Seal Beach Boulevard and Landing Avenue – The caller reported that someone stole their jacket, which had an OCTA logo. Police detained a woman who was seen wearing the same jacket. Tateyonia Domenco Boston was arrested on suspicion of obstructing or resisting authorities.
• Suspicious Occupied Vehicle – 9:27 a.m. – Old Ranch Parkway – The caller stated that a man in a light Hyundai was talking to himself and yelling that he was looking for a body in his vehicle. The person was gone when police arrived.
• Report – 10:12 a.m. – Seal Beach Boulevard – An individual walked into the station to report a person that had been stealing from their business.
• Suspicious Person – 11:24 a.m. – Pacific Coast Highway and Seal Beach Boulevard – Police responded to a 911 call about a person walking into traffic with their pants around their thighs.
• Abandoned Vehicle – 1:09 p.m. – Stanford Lane (College Park West) – The caller reported that a Volvo had been parked in front of a residence for a week.
• Theft Report – 2:13 p.m. – Merion Way – An unknown person withdrew $1,000 from a person’s bank account.
• Transient – 4:34 p.m. – Pacific Coast Highway – The caller reported that a man who appeared to be in his 60s looked intoxicated and threw a bottle on the ground.
• Possible DUI – 4:37 p.m. – Main Street – Daniel Alan Mohler was arrested on suspicion of driving under the influence of alcohol.
• Lock In – 4:59 p.m. – Ocean Avenue – Officers responded to a 911 call about a child locked in a car. The child was not in distress and had a bottle of water with her. Orange County Fire Authority was able to unlock the car.
• Welfare Check – 6:38 p.m. – 1st Street – A woman called stating that her ex-boyfriend was refusing to leave. The phone call disconnected before the woman could provide an address. Jonathan Michael Williams was arrested on suspicion of being under the influence of a controlled substance.
• DUI – Main Street and Electric Avenue – Daniel Alan Mohler was arrested on suspicion of driving under the influence of alcohol, with a blood alcohol level of 0.08 percent.
Saturday, October 12
• Reckless Driving – 12:57 a.m. – Pacific Coast Highway and 12th Street – The caller reported a driver in a grey SUV that was driving close to other vehicles. Officers were unable to locate the vehicle.
• Narcotics – 1:18 a.m. – Lampson Avenue and Seal Beach Boulevard – Justin Sung Kim was arrested on suspicion of possessing a narcotic controlled substance.
• Possession – 2:03 a.m. – 14th Street and Seal Way – Dylan Lee Burke was arrested on suspicion of possessing alcohol as a minor.
• Suspicion Persons – 2:07 a.m. – Main Street – The caller stated that they saw at least two persons holding spray paint cans in a dark SUV. Officers were unable to locate any graffiti and did not see the vehicle.
• Narcotics – Westminster Avenue – Sara Jordan Mcguire was arrested on suspicion of possessing a narcotic controlled substance.
Sunday, October 13
• Battery – 1st Street – Michelle Bagrowski was arrested on suspicion of battery against a partner.
• Possession – Westminster Avenue and Bolsa Chica Road – Melissa Jean Llanes was arrested on supscion of possessing unlawful paraphernalia.
Wednesday, October 16
• Paraphernalia – Seal Beach Boulevard – Tyler James Newland was arrested on suspicion of possessing unlawful paraphernalia.
• Battery – Seal Beach Boulevard – Anthony Lynal Alvarado was arrested on suspicion of battery.
