Seal Beach Police Chief Joe Stilinovich will join District One City Councilwoman Ellery Deaton for coffee at Bogart’s Coffee House to discuss local issues with members of the community at 4:30 p.m., Monday, April 18.
Bogart’s is located at 905 Ocean Ave., in Seal Beach.
