Orange County Superior Court Judge Thierry Patrick Colaw on Tuesday, Dec. 14, ruled in favor of owners of the property known as the DWP site near First Street and Ocean Avenue and halted the city of Seal Beach’s River’s End project, which includes plans to make improvements to the entrance to the staging area and bike path.
“At this time, the city is reviewing the judge’s ruling and considering its options, which include appealing the decision,” said Quinn Barrow, Seal Beach city attorney.
