Seal Beach Director of Administrative Services Robbeyn Bird, CPA, has been named a “Certified Public Funds Investment Manager.”
This is a nationally recognized accreditation.
Bird completed a comprehensive investment training promoting professional standards as established by the Association of Public Treasurers of the United States and Canada. Robbeyn was recognized for this accomplishment at an awards luncheon during the 2010 annual conference of the Association of Public Treasurers of the U.S. and Canada.
“We congratulate Robbeyn on this achievement. Robbeyn knows municipal finance and emphasizes friendly, courteous service to the citizens of Seal Beach,” said City Manager David Carmany. “She is a key member of our core team as we seek to continually improve the quality and image of public service.”
