Clancy’s bar, pictured above, won the Judges award for best chili at the Devour: Old Town Chili Cook-off on Saturday on Main Street. First-time competitor, Bogart’s Coffee House, pictured below, took home first place in the People’s Choice voting. Nearly 20 restaurants and businesses participated as contestants in the event.
