Run Seal Beach is proud to announce its theme for the 2018 Kids 1K Fun Run T-Shirt Design Contest – “Silly Sammy, Running is for Kids!”
Each year, creative kids (kindergarten to age 10) grab their crayons, colored pencils, or markers and create drawings that represent the theme for that year. This year is no different and we are calling all budding young artists to depict this year’s theme in a drawing that will be entered into a contest to reveal this year’s winner of the Kid’s 1K Fun Run T-Shirt Design!
The winner of the contest will get their design on all of the kid’s Fun Run T-Shirts AND a Pool Party at McGaugh swimming pool for 25 friends!
Here’s all you need to do to enter:
1. Create a drawing depicting our 2018 theme: “Silly Sammy, Running is for kids!”
2. Include Sammy the Seal!
3. Create your artwork on an 8 ½ x 11 paper and use 3 colors (black and white are free)
4. Go to www.RunSealBeach.com and click on the Kids Run tab to read all the rules and print out the Official Entry Form.
5. Turn in artwork with attached Official Entry Form by February 16, 2018. Submissions can be turned in to the front office of your school or send to: P.O. Box 190, Seal Beach, CA 90740.
