However, the outage was apparently over by mid-afternoon. The utility had previously projected restoring power to 57 customers by 3:45 p.m. According to Edison, the cause of the outage was being analyzed as of 1:26 p.m., April 3. Seal Beach’s Old Town area suffered a series of outages in early 2016.
