Seal Beach Playgroup is having its annual Open House. The playgroup is a parent participation preschool for children ages 3-5. Tours for parents and kids who are interested in joining will be held at the end if this month. The dates are as follows: 9:30 a.m., Tuesday, Feb. 4; 9:30 a.m., Wednesday, Feb. 5;Â and 9:30 a.m. Thursday, Feb. 6. Tours will start promptly at 9:30 a.m. and children are welcome to attend.
