The Seal Beach Police Department says PCH is now open in all directions; however, Westminster Avenue is closed at Studebaker until further notice due to a brush fire in Long Beach. PCH had been closed earlier. The fire was last seen buringing through an oil field near Second Street and Pacific Coast Highway. Gum Grove park has been closed until further notice due to high winds and heat. The Long Beach Fire Department is working on the blaze.
