Seal Beach Police Department Capt. Nick Nicholas, author of “The Briefing Room” column and facilities dog Yosa’s partner, was recently elected to the board of the Southwest Parking & Transportation Association. Seal Beach’s parking consultant Julie Dixon, of Dixon Resources Unlimited, is the president of the SWPTA.
