On Sunday, Oct. 14, at approximately 7:06 p.m., the Seal Beach Police Department received a call reporting a robbery at the T-Mobile store at 13936 Seal Beach Blvd. According to police, a man entered the store and removed cellular phones from the display. When an employee tried to contact the suspect, he brandished a handgun which was concealed in his waistband. The suspect fled the scene in a car. The loss: was three Apple iPhones.
The suspect was described as an apparently Hispanic man, approximately 20 to 25 years old, 5 feet 4 inches tall, weighing 190 to 210 pounds, clean shaven, black hair with short buzz type haircut with brown eyes. He wore a gold or silver colored ring on his right ring finger. The car was described as an older model, dark colored Honda Civic. Police are asking anyone with information about this case to call Detective Jeff Gibson at 562-799-4100 ext. 1109.
