Past District Governor Ellen Liebherr and the Seal Beach Lions Club both took home spectacular awards. For Lion Ellen, it was the Lifetime Achievement Award and the Seal Beach Lions Club won Best Club of the Year.
Both were awarded by District Governor Judy Barr from Lions District 4L-4.
