Beach Fitness to host inaugural beach workout event

This Saturday, June 18, at 8 a.m. at the 10th Street beach lot, Beach Fitness is proud to host the inaugural FitFather’s Beach Workout. This is a boot-camp style hour class on the beach, with tire flipping, rope work, agility, weights, med-balls and partner work.
It will be a fun and intense workout.
Lead by Beach Fitness owner Bryce Turner, who will be flying by from Montreal, where he was furthering his education with world renowned osteopath Guy Voyer said, “it is great to be the West Coast hub for FitFathers. We will be videoing and giving away prizes for the best effort and fittest dad. Every level of fitness and age is welcome, we just want Dads to join us.”
Kimatni Rawlins, founder of FitFathers has a huge event in Baltimore and eleven other cities including Seal Beach.
Some prizes include trips to Catalina, tickets to the Aquarium of the Pacific and personal training or group fitness vouchers.
