Leslie Mintzer found a chubby cream colored Lhasa Apso on Monday, Oct. 4, near the corner of St. Cloud and Walker Lee. She had no tags on her fancy collar. Mintzer had her scanned for a micro chip she doesn’t have. Mintzer says she is a sweet dog and is sure she is missed. Mintzer may be reached at (562) 594-9694.
