Noah Gallagher of Rossmoor jumps from the Seal Beach pier recently with the city’s Junior Lifeguards program on Friday, July 9. This is his first year with the program.
Noah moved to Seal Beach five years ago from England. His mom is the niece of longtime Seal Beach resident Laura Ellsworth whose son went through the Jr. Lifeguard program. Noah’s whole family was there to cheer him on for his brave feat.
