Some local citizens today, Friday, Oct. 7, put up a banner on the Seal Beach Pier expressing Police Chief Joe Stilinovich, who was recently placed on paid administrative leave pending investigation of a complaint. Citizens are expected to gather at the pier at 4 p.m. today in a show of support.
